Tim Brabants is European Champion in the K1 500m. He had a perfect race, moving to the front in the last 100m to beat Anders Gustafson of Sweden, at the European Championships, in Pontevedra, Spain. This is a great performance with only five weeks until the World Championships and Olympic qualifiers.
The Men's K1 500m event takes place on 23rd August.
