Three Men achieve Olympic Qualification

Alistair Brownlee finished third in Madrid World Cup
TriathlonBritain has three men in the top six at the Triathlon World Cup in Madrid, Spain.

Alistair Brownlee finished third with Tim Don (fourth) and Will Clarke (sixth). All three achieved the Olympic triathlon qualification criteria.

Javier Gomez of Spain won the race in front of his home crowd. With Ivan Vasiliev of Russia clinching the Bronze medal. Christian Prochnow finished fifth to claim the final spot on the German Olympic team ahead of established German triathletes Maik Petzold and Andreas Raelert.
