Fiona Pennie finished in seventh place in the Women’s K1 (kayak single) class at theWorld Championships in Brazil. It was a strong performance by Pennie who showed strength and technical ability to deliver when it mattered. The result has successfully qualified Team GB the a quota place Women’s K1 category for Beijing.
The Women's K1 Event takes place on 14th August..
