Britain has three in top ten

TriathlonBritain has three in top ten at the World Triathlon Championships in Hamburg, Germany.

Will Clarke led the field during the run but was overhauled in the latter stages and came in fifth. Stuart Hayes finished eighth, and Tim Don, the reigning world champion, could manage only a 10th-place finish.

The event was won by German Daniel Unger with Spainiard Javier Gomez second and Australian Brad Kahlefeldt in third.

The Men's Olympic Triathlon takes place on 19th August 2008.
