Helen Tucker Becomes Triathlon World Champion

Great Britain's Helen Tucker became World Champion at the Triathlon World Championship in Vancouver, Canada.

Helen Tucker and American Sarah Haskins were involved in a sprint finish to determine the winner, after leading the race throughout the bike and run phases. Last year's World champion, Vanessa Fernandes, finished tenth.
