Ohuruogu and Sanders win Women's 400m Gold and Silver

Christine Ohurugu won Women's 400m gold at the Athletics World Championships in Osaka, Japan. Compatriat Nicola Sanders won Silver.

Christine had recently returned from a 12 month ban for missing three drug's tests and is banned from the Olympics by the British Olympic Association. That ban should be lifted, on appeal, following the precedent set in the cases of triathlete Tim Don and judo's Peter Cousins.

The Women's 400m takes place on the 19th August.
